How to Root the OnePlus Two


Hello World,
After the success of the OnePlus One manufacturer has ventured into another project to create the definitive low-cost smartphone
The OnePlus Two is a Smartphone with a very powerful hardware, at a very reasonable price, but if we want to have full control can perform the process of rooting



In this guide you can follow step by step how to root your device, nelle'eseguire this operation will not lose any data, but in any case it is advisable to backup your data before you have root permissions
Some applications need the root in order to function, so even from the point of view of the play store may be useful to the process described in this guide

Unlock Loader of OnePlus Two
First we need to unlock the boot loader that will make us perform TWRP (Team Win RecoveryProject), which will get permits Root
Open Settings -> About Phone and click on the "Build Number"
Press it a dozen times until "Now you are a developer"


You will now have a new menu in Developer, go to Unlock OEM
Thus enabled the USB Debugging
Connect your PC and downloaded to OnePlus ADB & Fastboot

Open the command prompt (Start> cmd) and type "adb devices"
You will get a list of all connected devices, then proceed by typing "adb reboot bootloader"
This is to restart your phone in Fastboot

After you restart the device type "fastboot oem unlock"
So you will unlock the bootloader, and for verification type "fastboot oem device-info" and if it comes out the string (bootloader) Device tampered: true to say that everything went well, otherwise repeat the process



Install TWRP Recovery on OnePlus 2
Rename the downloaded file on your PC with the name TWRP.img
Now you can run the flash with the command by typing cmd "fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img"

Download SuperSu too for Administrator rights
Download the file from the link above and place it in a folder on your phone, such as the download folder is fine
Reboot OnePlus Two holding down the Power button + Volume Down
When hitting the startup logo leave the ignition key but still holding down the volume


Once inside you go to "Install" and try the zip file that you downloaded earlier, later confirmed the installation with a swipe to the right
Afterwards press on & Wipe Dalvik Cache and then restart with Reboot.

You should now have administrator permissions on your phone
